of impurities. They are precisely weighed according to a pre-established formula and then kneaded and mixed with water, in a <strong>pulping machine<\/strong>. <br>During the dilution steps, a phase of <strong>refining<\/strong> occurs to shorten the cellulose fibers. This process gives the final product various <strong>additional characteristics<\/strong> : improved appearance, enhanced rigidity, increased strength, and many others.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-33 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-86ca360\" data-id=\"86ca360\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-abfbf2a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"abfbf2a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Next, the robot pumps the <strong>cellulose pulp<\/strong> into the retention tank.<br \/><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); background-color: var( --e-global-color-1dc8a73 );\">Then it positions itself at the level of the <strong>silicone<\/strong> membranes to preform the material into the desired structure and dry it as much as possible. This process allows us to <strong>reduce our cycle time as well as our energy consumption.<\/strong>.\u00a0<br \/><\/span><span style=\"background-color: var( --e-global-color-1dc8a73 ); color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">Following this step, the product is placed on the heated plate of the pressing system.\u00a0<br \/>During the drying process, the products are compressed at <strong>high pressure.<\/strong>.\u00a0<br \/>The temperature is automatically regulated between 150 and 250\u00b0C.
