Once we have the specifications, a 3D drawing is created.
This sketch will allow the client to get a general idea of their packaging.
The second step is to design the 3D model of the final mold.
Once this model is approved by the client, a quote is prepared.
If the quote is accepted, a proof of concept and/or prototyping
can be initiated to produce a full-size sample.
The material used is identical to that which will be used for mass production.
If the sample is approved, the tooling is sent for production.
Upon arrival at our workshops, production can begin.
