Our industrial facility, set up on 2,600 m² in Wattrelos
For the production of our products, we use virgin materials, free of impurities. They are precisely weighed according to a pre-established formula and then kneaded and mixed with water, in a pulping machine.
During the dilution steps, a phase of refining occurs to shorten the cellulose fibers. This process gives the final product various additional characteristics : improved appearance, enhanced rigidity, increased strength, and many others.
Next, the robot pumps the cellulose pulp into the retention tank.
Then it positions itself at the level of the silicone membranes to preform the material into the desired structure and dry it as much as possible. This process allows us to reduce our cycle time as well as our energy consumption..
Following this step, the product is placed on the heated plate of the pressing system.
During the drying process, the products are compressed at high pressure..
The temperature is automatically regulated between 150 and 250°C. The drying time ranges from 15 to 30 seconds.
At the end of the line, the pieces are stacked. An operator performs a quality control heck before packaging them for our clients.
